Bibliotecas biósferas

Este será el aspecto de Bibliosphere, la biblioteca que la firma de arquitectos Greeen! Architects ha diseñado para la Universidad Duisburg-Essen, en Alemania. Con forma de esfera semitransparente, el edificio utiliza energía renovable (sobre todo solar) y su consumo es hasta un 50% menor en comparación a los estándares alemanes. Además, la ventilación y la iluminación en sus salas de lectura son naturales y, mientras lee, el visitante de Bibliosphere podrá gozar de unas espectaculares vistas de la ciudad.
