El arquitecto búlgaro Jeko Tilev ha elaborado un proyecto para rescatar la antigua capital tracia de Seuthopolis, fundada hace veinticinco siglos, de las profundidades de una presa. La idea es crear un anillo que circunde la urbe para convertirla en un pozo seco en mitad del agua. No hay otro proyecto parecido en el mundo, ni diseñado ni realizado, según Tilev.
El anillo estará a una distancia de entre 300 y 500 metros de las riberas de la presa, y se accederá a él en embarcaciones. Su parte superior, con 15 metros de ancho, hará las funciones de muelle.

Es un proyecto muy lindo pero creo que solo seria algo turistico porque solo un loco se iria a vivir ahi,por otro lado cuando suba el agua por cualquier causa,o una lluvia tendrian que tener potentes bombas para sacar el agua.No quiero ser pesimista pero creo que una inversion asi no vale la pena.Gracias por la oportunidad que me dieron de entregar mi humilde opinion.Atentamente .Nina
